is my practice. I'm Arun Batchu, and I help chief executives, the chiefs around them, and founders work out what comes after.
Why the Name
The name 
comes from the idea of a network of rivers. The rivers are where my ideas come from: the people I've worked with, the books I read, and the fields I borrow from. They all feed one stream of work. The Wisdom Library is where I keep what they teach me.
I don't run an agency, and there's no junior team behind me. When you work with , you work with me.
My aim is to close the gap between “knowing about” technology and “knowing how to use it.” For most organizations, that gap is where most of the value gets lost.
How I keep knowledge useful

The Ideas Behind
Generative AI is a general-purpose technology. Steam power, electricity and the internet each changed every industry they reached, and AI belongs with them.
The 2025 Nobel Prize in Economics recognized the scholars who explained this phenomenon. Joel Mokyr showed how useful knowledge—the accumulation of practical insights and their free exchange—fueled the Industrial Revolution. Philippe Aghion and Peter Howitt formalized creative destruction: the process by which new innovations displace incumbents, forcing continuous renewal and driving sustained growth.
These ideas are why I started . AI is changing how businesses operate and compete. The ones that learn what these tools can do in their own work, and put that knowledge to use, will come out ahead.
